I've ordered here multiple times. Always rude.. but the wings are good so I continue to order.. the last 3 times within 3 months... have been HORRIBLE! I've canceled my order because they won't even prepare for 2 hours! & then it's set for an hour delivery..now I made a $50 order & have been waiting an hour for it to prepare to keep going later and later... THE PHONES ARE SET UP SOYOU CANT CALL! I'm so mad! this place is a JOKE & should just shut down already Read more

Placed an order via telephone ??. Went to pick it up and they said they didn't have it, no record of any such order. Then they... asked if there was proof of the order, such as a receipt. Uh. No. My phone doesn't shoot our receipts of conversations. Anokalocation has been declining in service and quality, but this is exceptionally unexcusable. Read more
