Never really been a fan of Pizza Hut, but I just moved to Anoka from Maple Grove and it's like night and day. The Maple Grove... location is terrible! This location I've now ordered from several times. Everything is delicious and gets delivered really fast.The employees are super friendly. Must depend on who manages the locations because this one in Anoka is amazing. Would NOTrecommend the Maple Grove location though as the employees could definitely learn better customer service skills. Read more
I just had a order delivered and I have nothing but great things to say about the driver Robert was outstanding. Not only did he... have good customer service but for him to take time out to say something positive to all the kids outside was just a breath offresh air especially with how the world is today. We need more people like Robert at the Anoka Pizza Hut! Read more
Love the drive through, so convenient. Pizza is usually good quality, Cinnabon is hit or miss. Sometimes it?s dried out at... this location but today the Cinnabons were good. There is a lady who works the drive-thru window that likes to ask, ?Do youwant to leave a tip for the cooks?? Probably not a good idea to put customers on the spot like that when you already suggesteda tip during the online checkout process. Read more
This Pizza hut deserves -five stars. There is a driver that likes to run stop signs while being on the cell phone and I saw this... driver run stop signs before and was about to cut off a pick up truck just tonight and followed him all the way back to thispizza hut. Never order from here because this driver is dangerous on the road. Read more
The buttery crust is amazing. I love the nice professional order taker and the really friendly driver bob. He is always so funny... and happy to see the customers. The pizza is awesome and it?s a classic I can?t resist. I especially love the reading programthat Pizza Hut offers. My daughter is reading more and more. If I could give zero stars I would I called in today because their website online keeps saying that their local store is closed... I spoke with the first Girl Who told me she doesn?t understand the issue because they?re taking online orders now I don?t knoweither I?m just telling you what it says she puts me on hold for about 10 minutes another lady answers the phone proceeds tostart my order midway through my order puts me back on hold for another 10 minutes a guy answers the phone I start to tell himthe situation and I gave him my order after asking him to not put me on hold he puts me on hold the same lady gets back on thephone I said I?m going to call corporate if you guys do not stop putting me on hold and just let me finish my order her responsewas go ahead and put me back on hold the so-called manager gets on the phone I tell her what?s going on and ask her to stopputting me on hold and let me finish my order she proceeds to tell me well if we?re busy we?re gonna put you on hold whenever weneed to I said that is the most ridiculous thing I?ve ever heard in my life she says well since you?re yelling I?m going tocancel your order and you go ahead and call corporate and hangs up in my face I?ve never spoke to a group of people who clearlyhate their job more hasta be the worst customer service worst management I have ever heard of in my life I was ready to drive tothe store But they weren?t worth my time and energy Read more
