This has been my go-to spot for Japanese food for some years now. My kids love the food. I have never been disappointed. Be... sure to order ahead for pick ups, wait time could be lengthy. Dining in is quicker ofcourse. Read more
UPDATE: Koi reached out and resolved the issue below. Great customer service! —————————— So disappointed to... leave this review but I felt I had to. We’ve gone to Koi many times over the last two years and most times have beenwonderful. There have been a few more misses than normal lately (ie: sushi rolls weren’t wrapped well, too much rice, fishdidn’t taste fresh) but the good times were worth it to keep going back. Tonight, I found a fish bone in my salmon roll andnearly choked on it. The staff is always friendly and like I’ve said, the positive experiences outweigh the negative ones buttonight was just a step too far. Sad. Read more
