I've ordered take out from here a couple times. Both times ordered the specialty pizza - Rangoon to the moon. Both times the... flavor was there - it's definitely a unique pizza. But was soggy. I did not want to do a review based on delivery so I decidedto take my friends here. We ordered the 66 Diablo wings. The flavor was good but the wings were soggy. I personally like crispywings with a moist center. We also ordered the Rangoon to the moon. I was excited to have my friends try it but sadly theydidn't enjoy it. I agreed that it had way to many wontons on it and the crust was a bit overcooked. My friend ordered a saladwith chicken for his meal and the salad came out with no chicken. Not only did the server forget, so did the cook. So he justsaid forget it. The service was not great. If the servers put as much effort into the costumers as they did their cellphones. The service may actually good. I had high hopes for the place since it's nearby but sadly It didn't turn out well. Imay try one more time in the future. Read more
New to the area and a friend and I went there to grab dinner. Sat down and waited for some time for us to be greeted it was so... long that we had more than enough time to look over the menus that were left at the table from the prior people, we ordered ourfood and drinks at the same time. We order the return of the Mac pizza, drinks, a salad and garlic knots pizza was okay the ticksliced lettuce on top of the pizza just didn?t do it for me, that salad was good garlic knots were the best thing that we hadthe problem was we were almost all the way done eating our food when our garlic knots came out. The waiter not once came andchecked on us to see if we needed anything else or if we wanted another drink. Came to this place months ago and I forgot to write a review which they deserve. I love to bar and restaurant hopping around the... nearby towns. This one is in my town Ansonia. Great pizza, great friendly staff, their drinks are very good! Good place to gowith your family and friends and have drinks and pizza. Good for afternoon date ???? for those pizza lovers. I haven't been to The Hub in a long time and thought I would give it a try for some take out. Unfortunately, the pizza was VERY... disappointing. The Cheese pizza was so thin and soggy, the slice could not be picked it. The cheese just slid off due to thesogginess.
