10/10/22. Went in to pickup order,ask to add on 8 piece chicken off menu. Acting manager stated menu was old. I advised manager... these menus are on your counter. He refused to honor menu price. I also advised my last order of pasta tasted like had beensitting all day along with being 75% empty. Guy making pizza apologized. Girl making the pizzas was explaining how her eczema onher fingers were tearing. Never ever coming back. When I got home the pizza was horrible. We literally used a knife to scrape itoff cause it was over sauced. Wish I could share the picture with you. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Word of mouth, and reviewscan make or break a business. Horrible service, people don't want some clown taking their order when it comes to food. I have never been treated more... disrespectfully at any type of food service place in my life. Honestly it felt like if I said anything to a manager I wouldn'ttrust my food would not be messed with and that is not a good feeling. I will never ever eat at Dominos again because of howhorrible these people were. It was Saturday night 8/20/2022. Honestly it sounded like a fraternity house not a pizza place. 2THUMBS DOWN FOR SURE. Very displeased both of my pizzas were extremely thin and crispy and one of them actually had black burnt in the middle and... black burnt air pockets all over the pizza. Read more
I love this pizza place. They are always fast and never messed up my orders, pizza is always hot and fresh and staff is always... very attentive to customers. Ordering online is very convenient and has its perks, as in coupons, deals, points towards a freepizza and their awesome order tracking feature is very helpful. And one last thing - in addition to pretty delicious pizzacrusts and toppings the prices are very affordable as well. What not to love about Dominos? Read more
Apparently this dominos makes flying pizzas....mine flew right off my seat. I was prepared to enjoy the deliciousness and then... BOOM! Not even fully out of the parking lot and my pizza was on the floor of the car. :( But the pepperoni pizza that I got forthe kiddos was pretty good. Read more
Garbage customer service. I know I'm supposed to be patient with simple minded idiots that didn't go to college, but this crew... is ridiculous... No competence whatsoever.... It's like 4 yr.old we're running the business... Ordered 2 speciality pizzas for_$18 a piece...and got 2 one topping pepperoni??? And it was cold??? Then was told they would remake and have delivered in 30minutes... 3 hrs later...it's delivered cold...this place is terrible Read more
