Posting this review after my second visit to this location. And mainly I have given three stars to their service their food is... five star indeed. First of all their fountain machine has been broken since long. So there's no soda available both fromfountain or a bottled one. Secondly when you stand at the register to order nobody even acknowledge. Staff come and check theprevious orders on the screen and leave. I'll try to observe that there is no dedicated person on the front desk. In both myvisits there were two people sitting in the corner with all their bags and other stuff, sometimes I saw people sleeping as well.And they look like homeless. With due respect to everybody, nobody should be allowed to sleep in the restaurant. I ate therewith my family for around 30-40 minutes and they were still there. The guy I saw in the second time visit was there inside therestaurant with his bicycle as well. Which I found little weird. Though the service is fast but it's not courteous. Nogreeting, no smile while taking your order, they won't even talk to you. I didn't find it very customer friendly. Read more
Cannot get a door dash order right to save their life. ordered a meat lovers burrito, received with no meat what so ever. 2... weeks ago i received a completely different order when i was the only customer in that hour. Joke of a restaurant. They left people in the lobby standing there for 15 to 20 minutes. Classic I dont get paid enough to... care employees. Either close thos restaurant or hire competent staff who actually worry about doing their jobs. Willdefinitely not be coming back to this location. Would love someone from corporate to co tact me and pretend like it matters. Read more
