The wings are what you'd expect from any other wingstop, great sauce application, great seasonings, and kind servers.
Can?t complain, this location is clean and the wings are fresher than the ones I had in other cities (mostly Bay Area).
The worst dining experience I have ever had. I placed an on-line order where I got an error message saying it didn't go through.... I checked my bank account and to my surprise I was charged 3 times for the same order totaling $120! I drove to the Wingstop Iattempted to place the order at assuming they would fix the error that THEIR company made but the staff was nothing short ofuseless. I was told by the lady at the counter that "this happens all the time" and "they had no record of what happened" evenafter showing them my bank statement where they charged me 3 times. There was a gentleman standing against the wall on his phonewho stepped in and was as equally unhelpful. He stated his name was Michael and was the general manager. He made 0 effort tomake the situation right at all. He also refused to give me any sort of contact information to corporate or his higher ups tothe Franchise. So I never received my order they charged me for 3 separate times and I'm out $120. This will be the last time Iever attempt to order food from this establishment and I suggest everyone else refrains from ordering here as well unless youwant to receive no food and have them charge your bank account for literally hundreds of dollars.
