Came to this Burger King at 11:26pm nobody would answer the drive thru until we said ?Hello? asked for my order and was told... their grill was off and it would take 30 minutes to reheat, we said we were ok with that and the girl sounded upset about it. Wesaid we would wait and she repeated herself ? you are going to wait?? We came to the window to pay and she kept talking toanother co-worker on the headset saying ?it?s still preheating? I don?t understand how they close at 12 so everyone that comes40 minutes before closing time they turn down by saying their grill is off? Very bad service!! These folks don't take pride on anything anymore. Whopper with cheese and pickles and burned bread. Come on!
This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I asked for no condiments on 2 out of the 3 burgers I ordered and on... one burger just the meat and cheese. I get home and the entire order wrong. The fries were cold and on the 4pc nuggets I onlygot 3. I tried calling to fix this and they don't answer. Luckily this isn't the only Burger King close by because the one inAnthony TX is horrible. Read more
Ordered food and kids were playing in the kids section. Once the food was made they told us we couldn't use the kids area they... were rude about it too even tho I spent around 50.00. Asked for a refund and took kids to McDonald's. Would not recommend. Read more
