We only enjoyed the restaurant, the service was excellent, the beer was cold. The food left a lot to be desired, although it was... a good meal it wasn't quite as high of quality as I expected. In my opinion best hotel in Antigonish and it's right on the main street of downtown so you are within walking distance of all... the shops and restaurants/pubs. And of course there is a cafe/restaurant is the hotel that is wonderful. Read more

Stayed at the maratime inn for a few days for work and couldn't have felt more at home. The staff were amazing and service was... great. Rooms were exceptionally clean and a great size. The main street cafe is attached to the hotel and a free breakfast isavailable for anyone who stayed the night in the hotel. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed at and cleary a spot thattruly values its customers. Read more

Great place if you are wanting to stay close to the town centre. You can walk to anywhere you need from here! The rooms are... spacious, and thoughtful. The staff are hospitality rockstars! The restaurant is always a treat, with a few plates for everypalette, and some unique treats! Read more

An older property downtown Antigonish that has been maintained with an excellent restaurant! Rooms are clean, beds very... comfortable..and, when there is a power outage..downtown quadrant was impacted..flashlights provided. The complimentarybreakfast is from restaurant menu..delicious..the best food ever. Location..walking distance to unique shops and other eatingestablishments. Mind you..due to no power, we were only able to "view". Would definitely stay here again if opportunity presentsitself. I just hope that Hurricane Fiona didn't cause too much..if any damage.
