I am a regular customer here but had a very bad experience with the manager (Not Carla). She does not know how to use gift cards... and she blames the computer. Today is the 2nd time I had to wait (which made other customers also wait) to get my gift cardsused. The first time they said the gift cards are not valid and the 2nd time (today) also said the same. They ask me to contactcustomer service rather than learning how to use the billing system. The manager can't even explain and she says she has notime. That was a really horrible experience. Beware: Do not trust this place with an online order. Cheated on the meat in 3 burritos. Disappointed when brought to our office... for lunch. Portions still getting smaller with meat seems to be a problem at this place. Cheating the people for biggerprofits. No thank you Mr. Manager, we are not interested in your freebee gifts that you offer unsatisfied customers. Just stopcheating us! Read more

I read someone else make this same comment about them skimping on giving you your food. You get a tea spoon scoop of toppings... for your dry nachos. I don't get it. I pay nearly $12 and basically get plain old corn chips because I've got cheese that wassprinkled on like a pinch of salt. Ground beef so small its like brown sand granules dropped on top with a baby spoon. My wifebrings home dinner and we had to go buy our own toppings to FINISH making our dinner. $2 extra for guac? You can get a whole tubin the store for that much! This place has gone down hill. QUIT SHORT-CHANGING PEOPLE ON THE FOOD! WE WON'T BE BACK. Read more

Open late now, until 10:00 pm! They have completely redone their menu during the pandemic, so if you haven't tried it for a... while, it's worth checking them out again. Be ready for a lot of changes if you haven't been in a while. The taste is reallygood though! There is something for the whole family. Read more

While I have been a raving fan of Qdoba and its tasty, high-quality food since the day this location opened, my last visit there... was simply bizarre.  This was Friday, August 5, when five of us arrived for a birthday lunch.I noticed the new Surf & Turf bowland asked a female employee if it could be made quesadilla-style for me.  She said "sure" andput it all together for me.  Justbefore she was going to put it on their griddle, another female employee questioned if it was allowed because of allergenconcerns.  I said that if that was a problem, I would be happy to simply eat it unheated.  Then a man bolted out from the rearkitchen and made her trash the quesadilla!  Again, I said "no don't trash it, it's fine like that for me!" but this guy justignored me and forced the employee to trash the entire quesadilla.  I respect allergen concerns, but the shrimp are right thereon the line of various other ingredients and are not treated in any exceptional manner.  The female employees were totally nicethroughout all this and one of them mentioned that the man is Mark.  So Qdoba management, please address this with Mark as soonas possible.
