Ms. Anju is always so friendly and helpful! Always make some conversation with you and asks how you?re doing. Also this shop... makes the most consistent drinks and always gets it right - never skimps on the oat milk. Ms.Anju and Mina are the best baristashere. Read more

I don?t normally post negative reviews. However, this is now the second time I?ve ordered ahead, via mobile app, only for the... store to ?not be open.? Employees inside, doors locked, lights off, and it?s 7:10am. The store opens at 5:30am. This morningput it over the top. I pull to the front after waiting in the drive thru line for 30 mins to find employees scrambling aroundinside. The order I placed was supposed to be completed for pick up at 6:40am. (I was not the only customer who ordered andwaiting for the doors to open, which would have been open 1.5hr earlier.) I simply asked for a refund and was told they couldnot do that. Another customer asked if they could just make her drink quickly so she could make it to school. They told her nobecause they were just now brewing the coffee (again is 7:10am - should have been opened 1.5hr ago.) If this was a one timeoccurrence I?d understand, but this is now twice. Read more
