When I finally did I was told the lobby... was closed and they couldn't take my order unless I went through the drive through. I was in a big truck and couldn't do that soI will not be back. Zaxby's has been in the neighborhood for about two years. Nonetheless to say that wasn't the best time for a grand opening.... However, the restaurant has managed to survive. Their chickens are delicious! Give them a try you will be thrilled . Read more
Love Zaxbys! But their service is going downhill, first they forgot to add the tenders. Then when we went to dine in to get the... food took like 30 mins and cashier forgot my drink. Food is good. Don?t really have any complaints about the taste. My only complaint is that I don?t believe I have ever gotten my... correct order here. Ever. Funny thing is that it?s always wrong in the same way. No matter what sides I choose, I always end upwith fries and toast. It?s like they just have a default way they are making the meal and you?re going to get it that waywhether you want it or not. lol The other thing is the sauce.
