First off the app want working for this resturant. Secondly, the employee taking orders was Rude, did not smile, and xalled... wrong number out to the wrong order This issue was addressed and she ignored it. Our oder took 30 minutes to place for indoordining. Not good at all. Read more
I was an employee here for 3 months between April 5th to July 8 2022 and omg was the worst experience ever. Constant money theft... and Angel blaming someone for it. Angel Manager refuses to put on a hair net while making burgers and constantly rude not onlytowards guests but employees as well. Always on her phone and constantly doing nothing but complain about her home life andfamily issues. She hates customers and constantly turning off the menu lights telling customers there's a short or won't respondwhen a customer is at the drive thru. Food sits in those holding trays longer than they should to the point where the chickencould get a customer sick. Employees eat while working and handling food. This place has got to be dealt with. I calledcorporate and they refused to call me back after my initial complaint. I was retaliated against for liking when we get customersthrough drive thru because it kept me busy making burgers. It truly breaks my heart that nobody would listened to me and dealwith Angel poor management skills . Lastly I was hired as a shift coordinator and later found out they never intended on givingme the position I was originally hired for. Also why I was retaliated against. Tammy is the only manager their who actuallygives a hoot about this place and Shawnas rad actually rocks as manager and does her best. Best experience I've ever had at burger king. There's a young tall kid working there, I think his name started with a C. He... acknowledged me as soon as I came in and said he would be right with me. I was impressed right away. I had a coupon for twooriginal chicken sandwiches and fries. And I also ordered a med drink. He asked if I wanted to switch one fry for the drink, Isaid sure but wanted pickles instead of lettuce. They were very generous with the pickles. Best BK chicken sandwiches I've everhad.
