I called in order and they totally mixed up the sandwiches which was a tad irritating given I didn't have time to go back and... have them fix it , it is difficult to check and make sure order is correct when u order ahead and you have to pick up and runout.. Read more

What a joke, I just left the store and I feel completely ripped off. 10 years ago subway would fill your sandwich with meat and... cheese and all the extras. Today, I purchased a foot long turkey and the lady making the sandwich tried only putting a total ofmaybe 4 slices of turkey and then only 4 slices of cheese which didn't even cover the entire length of the bread. WHAT! thenwhen I asked for onions an additonal condiments she just gave me a pinch, literally a pinch of each. Come on Subway, ,Iunderstand the pandemic has made times hard but cutting on the Quality of the product being sold to your customers is not goodbusiness. After seeing how poorly the sandwich was made, I didn't want to purchase it but I am not that kind of person. Afterpaying and filling my cup with my choice of beverage from the machine......guess what, the soda was flat and no lids for largedrinks at all in the store. also the lady accepting our payment needs to take customer intimacy classes on how to speak tocustomers, rude. Lastly, the first sign I seen when I walked into the store should have told me to leave was the flies hoveringaround the food behind the counter. The lady making our food continously had to swat away the flies. Maybe some food safetyinspectors should give this store a visit to ensure they are in compliance with health codes. The manager (pearla) is rude and seems too think she can have an attitude with whoever... she wants because she thinks being the manager of a subway gives her a special privilege to disrespect people.
