The reason for my low rating is not because of the food. That's great as always. My sister and I went into this location on... Wednesday 10/19 at 7:00pm. There were 4 girls working. A Manager( she id'd herself as the Manager). There was a girl that waswhite with a blondish ponytail, possibly new because she was following the Manager. She was giving off such a bad attitude! Shewas loudly slamming the serving spoon at one station, and then at the meat station, she actually THREW the serving spoon! Justdid not want to be nice or in a good mood. My sister who oversees 250 employees, asked to speak to the Manager. The Manager cameup and we explained what she acted like and the Manager not only defender her, but cut us off. The Manager was not even aroundwhen the employee acted that way. We were only trying to give constructive criticism. We were not mean or rude or yelling.People shouldn't have to deal with that behavior. We love Crisp and Green, but we will NOT be going to the Apple Valley locationagain! Read more
What a great idea and delicious food. Like others have mentioned at this location there is a lack of quality and accuracy as... both times I ordered, I was missing ingredients. My Cobb salad was missing egg and my southwest had no cilantro. Please pleasefollow up with staff to ensure that the $16+ we are paying for ingredients that we actually receive and get what we are payingfor. Read more
When I heard that the Wayzata-Based Salad Company Crisp & Green owner was planning 10 more stores across Minnesota, I didn?t... expect on near my on Pilot Knob in Rosemount. It is nice to have another healthy eating option. The selection is quite wide.Interesting, all the ingredients are lined up in the case where you place your order. The staff simply combines the items peryour selection of the menu board overhead. It?s quite fast and simple, reminding me of how one places orders at Chipotle andSubway. It has a both an indoor and outdoor seating for dining on the premises. I took mine to go (and enjoyed it before Ithought to take a picture. I had the "Shrimply Irresistible" salad. It was lightly dressed with the creamy citrus herb dressing,which I like, and had a generous amount of shrimp. The fun ingredient is the crispy rice topping. It adds a delightfulcrunch. The location is just west of the new Chipotle and south of the new Lund?s & Byerly?s development. I didn?t initiallysee it from Pilot Knob, so I?m include a video clip to help others spot it. CEO Steele Smiley, seems to have a good plan here.I applaud the focus on healthy food. For lunch especially, his fast and casual offering is ideal. Several beverage options areavailable. I love Crisp & Green, so I'm glad they're finally in the south metro! This is a convenient location in Apple Valley right off... Pilot Knob Rd. near County Rd. 42, across from Target. They offer several healthy options, which is a nice break from greasyfast food options that dominate this area. Staff were all young and mostly friendly. Prices are a bit high for what you get, butnot enough to remove a star, and probably worth it to eat a bit healthier. Outdoor tables are very wobbly. Read more

I love crisp and green and I was so excited to get a location nearby! Their good is always good and we go their almost... weekly. The issue is that they have never gotten anything we have ordered correct. Even when we order straight off the menu,there is always something missing. If we swap out an ingredient they usually either forget the ingredient all together or don?tmake the swap. We still go, but I was hoping that after being open a while they would be more consistent.
