Atmosphere was weird. It was completely silent. There?s no music or tv playing. Even a radio would?ve been better than... nothing. Burger was undercooked. We really wanted to like this place. It was our first time here. I ordered the prime rib sandwich with endless fries, my husband... had the steak sandwich. I asked for mine to be med rare when it came out, it was so over cooked I couldn't even chew it. As wesat there for 10 with our waitress no where to be found somebody finally came by where I could ask for a manager. Turns out ourwaitress was the Manger. (WE HAD THE WORST SERVICE.) When I told her about the sandwich she agreed that it didn't look good (Why did you bring it to me in the first place?) I asked to have it replaced with the steak sandwich. She brought it out on asmall plate, no fries, no pickles nothing. At this point I asked for a box. She never asked if we needed anything l, if our foodwas okay, hell she never smiled. When we finally got our check she didn't take the prime rib sandwich off my bill, when I askedher if I had to pay for it, she replied "oh I thought it was the same price as the steak sandwich. Had the tenderloin sandwich endup just eating the Fry's and the steak the bread was nice and crisp on the outside but too soggy... on the inside but my streak was perfect medium rare on the rare side it was sooooo good. Read more
