This was the third and last time I'll be ordering from here. We live half a mile away. The first couple times I ordered our food... took an hour to come. This time I waited an hour and a half, called and the manager told me it should already be delivered. Theonline tracker didn't say it was out for delivery at all. They said they'd get it out right away, I got a call 20 minutes laterasking to confirm my address because apparently the delivery driver said there was a sign on my house saying that it wasuninhabitable.... I haven't seen any house like that at all in my entire neighborhood. Gave them some more details, waitedanother 15 minutes, and I could see from the online tracker that my sandwich still wasn't out for delivery. I called andcancelled the order and they just said "Ok, you'll have to wait 3-5 days for your refund" Wow. I recommend that you avoid thisexperience, especially if you're pregnant with hungry little kids at home. Read more
If I could give them zero stars I would. Our last order took over an hour to receive. Isn?t that Jimmy John?s motto? Freaky fast... delivery? Tonight, the driver ?doesn?t feel safe? delivering our order we placed. Maybe they shouldn?t be a delivery driver? It?s not snowing out and the roads have been cleared. We live less than a mile away. I know there?s staffing shortages becauseof Covid, but don?t come up with a lame excuse to not fulfill an order. Read more
