Curbside ordering was not an option on the app. We were allowed to choose in store pickup on the app. After order was complete... and we arrived at the store, all doors were locked during normal hours. Drive thru was our only option. When we got to the drivethru kiosk and explained our situation, they had no idea about our order. We were told to pull around to the window. Guy at thewindow told us to get out of line and park in the curbside pickup area and wait. After 11 other vehicles that were behind uswere completed, we called the store. The manager that answered said he never told his employee to have us pull out of line anddidn't know we were still waiting and seemed annoyed at us.
