update: 24hrs after the fact. Money was refunded after I had to track down the manager. But I got my full refund back and that?s... what matters. Manager at the Walmart location on kk was very polite and understanding. Also the employee kaylee (I believe hername was) at the center kk mall was very polite and professional despite not having a manager on the premises. Those 2 peopleare the reason I change my review from one star to four Used the app. Said the order couldn?t be completed, then I look in mybank account, what ya know, I?ve been charged for 3 foot long subs.Got charged on the app for my food. App doesn?t even say Iwas charged. Never received any notifications or emails for it. I?m highly disappointed, almost $40 spent and nothing to showfor it. Thanks for letting me down once again subway. If there?s one thing your company?s good at doing, it?s being adisappointment, not making sandwiches. Very disappointing. Not great service, extremely messy with toppings, not a lot of toppings, bread was dry and hard. Their soda... machine was absolutely filthy, mold looking substance all on the bottom of the soda tray, everything was dirty. Read more
Just want to say your staff is the best as I'm a doordasher. They always willing to help during early morning-lunch. Always have... food ready to go unlike a couple other food spots & makes me wait for whole order. Thank you for helping me get 2 orders outfast today & I got one thank you as it was a hand off. Ordered through the subway app for pickup. Our order was a mess! I did NOT request half the things they put on my sub. My... brother's order had way too much sauce and overkill on tomatoes. My SIL ordered a grilled chicken wrap and apparently they werecompletely out of wraps so she got wheat bread instead. She does not like seafood but her sandwich tasted like Tuna. They didnot fill any of our drinks and shorten us a cup. They also did not give us all the chips for our meals. This place has nocustomer service, literally doesn't even get greet people. Read more
