When an owner puts their ?? and soul into a restaurant it shows. Aptos St. BBQ is exceptional barbecue, that is inspired by... different culinary regions. Bringing together the best from California to the Carolinas. They only use premium cuts of meat,seasoned with a rub and smoked with oak wood for hours. Then the meat is cooked the old school method of low and slow.Everything I ate was flavorful, tender and delicious. Aptos St. BBQ has a variety of local beers on tap. It's not a great datespot, since there's nothing to do besides have dinner. A few patio games would remedy that issue and the customers would staylonger.
