Whataburger is usually great but this one was terrible after waiting for a good while in the drive thru got our food and it was... cold, trying to order food and an employee was outside fixing to wash down inside lane of drive and kept interrupting as tryingto speak to the order taker all to say use the outside lane, like seriously that could not of waited until the order wasfinished? Consistently have to wait over 20 minutes for my order, even when placed online ahead of time. Frequently wrong order, stale... and/or soggy food. Requested the store manager to contact me twice to discuss my concerns, even through the corporate office andnever heard a response. I?ve heard good things about this chain, but this location is a joke. While there aren?t many options inthis town, I still strongly recommend to avoid this location. Read more
