I did not like this IHOP at ALL. It wasn't clean, the orange juice was watered down, the pancakes taste like clay, and the list... goes on. Read more
I like this location because the one in my hometown is usually way more crowded. I do give 4 instead of 5stars because every now... and then my order is slightly off and depending who is there you might feel a little rushed when they bring the check beforeyou've even finished eating your food. It happened on breakfast Sunday, restaurant was packed we got a table for two. Small restaurant, limited parking which is a... challenge specially on weekends. We got two orders of pancakes, ham, hashbrown, eggs. We end up returning the order because thepancakes were undercooked, inedible as result of that we had no pancakes. Because of the lack of initiative from the manager infinding a solution I told her what to do about it instead. Anyway we left on sour note. Lack of quality control generatesuncomfortable situations for the customers. Management and Head Chef ought to be retrain in order to provide excellent service,IHOP so. Read more
