Wow I've had a lot of sushi and this was easily the freshest and best tasting I've ever had! I got the taco Tuesday special,... one spicy tuna and one lemon salmon sushi taco and they were both incredible. The flavors are delicate and well balanced. Wonderful food. Best chicken katsu I've had in Humboldt for sure. Tender juicy tasty chicken, good crispy breading, and a sauce... that was actually flavorful instead of just tasting like some sort of bbq'd alcohol goop. It is a ghost kitchen tho so there'sonly to go available, and I went not knowing this so I had to order in the cold with a worker that poked her head out of a doorfor ordering and taking payment. I will order online or call it in and pick up from now on for the intended experience. Read more
