Horrible customer service. I called to make an order right now and Ritchie or Ricky was EXTREMELY RUDE. He was confrontational... and super unprofessional. I'm so shocked. As a receptionist, I am mortified actually. It was absolutely uncalled for. I justasked a simple question about ordering online and he seriously became hostile when I responded with a polite but assertivecomment on his attitude. He blew up and chewed me out. Spend less on a frozen pizza at Safeway in the same parking lot and save your money. We won't be visiting this particular Papa... Murphy's again. Continually the quality here has been becoming less as the price has gone up. Oddly enough, with some weirdtulip leaf shaped edges, I don't even know how the pizza we took home tonight isn't even round. Super light on toppings and weare out by $30 for two small pizzas. Staff is willing to give you what you want. Management was training a few new employees at the time and was very patient,... communicative, and fundamental in their explaination and treated the trainee with respect and understanding. It was pleasant towitness. Ingredients are fresh, pizzas are delicious and employees are courteous and respectful. Read more
I mean the pizza is delicious of course but the customer service tonight was awesome. Both very young workers (male and female)... worked together as a team and apologized for the wait. I appreciated their attitude! Read more

I've been in the restaurant service industry for over 10 years. I have the greatest respect, patience, and sympathy for the... workers in the industry including the staff at our local papa Murphy's. It is very rare I post negative reviews on restaurantsas they are usually resolved to improve the efficiency, health standards, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, as a repeatand valued customer I am currently very disappointed in the product quality, customer service, and the disrespect from theMangement. This franchise will provide a time frame for when upper management can be notifed of the management as well asHumboldt county board of health. I ordered a take and bake pizza only to find several long hairs on the pizza. Ghis happenedtwice as the firstbtike they made my vegan oizza it had chedee and hair. The remake was vegan but had hair beneath the plasticwrap. It is guaranteed to come form the prep of the pizza. I called to notify employees of the mistake and they had told me tonot bring it back and discard the food. The following day I spoke with magement. They apologized for the inconvenience andremade the food. However, there was strong hesitation from management to credit the newly made food because they wanted the oldpizza woth recipt. The recipt was thrown away buy staff. Manager told me they were a new employew. Which i was told to throwaway by lower mangemnt. the contaminated pizzas were a violation of Humboldt county health code no hats/ hair nets and crosscontamination of veggies and meat. I did not intend to get free food rather adrees my concern to the health of my self and thecitizens of arcta. It is very unacceptable for a franchise such as papa Murphys that does not adhere to basic health code,proper manners, and acceptance of fault on the franchise for serving contaminated food.
