Delivery driver of red Mazda 3 with Dominos sign on top of car from the Arden Hills location was driving around Lake Johanna... above 45mph, passing vehicles near the beach (no passing anywhere along the lake, 30mph). Driving erratically when people areout along the road walking with kids and dogs. I called the store, they don't care. Read more
i have ordered online twice. The first time the pizza was great just like they had in by gone years. The second time i got... pizza that was so salty with garlic salt . Just horrible. I called next day & the manager(left alot to be desired & sounded tobe about 13 yrs )anyhow he insisted they do not use garlic salt ever. Then said "i s'pose i can make a note that you have $20credit. I was sooo frustrated about the pizza & then his trying to say they have no garlic salt & insinuating i was lying thatat this point i don't think i will be ordering for some time.!! Read more
Pizza is good for the price but the ordering process has becoming really frustrating. Trying to order online, but ham is not... listed. Mentioned it in the store at pick up and they said they would check the website and fix it because ham was avail. Trying to order again,ham is still not available on the website. Trying to order by phone and the robot said that needed to beordered online. So frustrating just decided to order from another pizza restaurant instead. Hope someone sees the review andgets it corrected since it is impossible to speak to a real live person by phone order. Read more
Usually order at night. Have been ordering for almost a year and have no complaints. Pizza always on point, friendly drivers and... staff. Kind of shocked to see some of the other recent reviews lol. Can't control shortage of drivers, this is all over theplace. If you can't wait do pick up. Read more

I've never gotten my order way over an hour late when the site tells me it'll take approx 20 minutes (my order is just two... items; a medium 2-topping and an already packaged salad) nor have I never received at least a call or an email from Dominos thatmy order is here until today. The real kicker though, I've never gotten cold pizza. It's really cold, I could still eat it warmbut it's not even warm. Your driver still got away with a tip in the end. The principle of a tip is for good service. This ordertoday was less than satisfactory.. 2 star because at least it was delivered- setting the bar high. Read more
