I went to Bam Bam when it was 105° outside. It was the only place I could find that served SamGyeTang, a young chicken and... ginseng dish that is PERFECT to eat on a sweltering day. It's tradition. You have to eat it on a day like today. And I'm so gladI did. Bam Bam did a great job; the chicken was soft and sweet, the ginseng had a nice heat, and the chicken-ginseng-jujubebroth was divine. In addition, I also ordered seafood savory pancake and a small order of wings with spicy sauce. Everythingwas delicious & was fired up quickly in the kitchen. My husband and I ordered more than we could finish partly because we wanted to try so many dishes. Everything was delicious! Our... appetizers of the seafood pancake (pajeon) and the cheese tteobokki were definitely both big enough to share with a table of 4-6people. Every bite of the pajeon had seafood in it. The cheese tteobokki was a little spicy, as it should be, and so addictiveto eat. We also ordered soft tofu soup with added beef rib eye and honey pork which were also very delicious too.
