Great food, however was not impressed by the service of one of the workers who was a tall black guy working around 12:00 on... 10/23. Did not bother to give me a bag for my order, would not compensate me for my missing change, ( I would have left a tip,however his service was not up to standard), did not give me a receipt for my order and did not even scan in my rewardscorrectly so now I?m left without a receipt and can?t enter the receipt into the app for my rewards. Also he was purposelyspeaking in a low tone just to avoid talking with me, and when asked about my missing change he did not even bother responding.Someone seriously needs to train these people to have some respect for patronizing customers. This place is disgusting and should be immediately closed. Four reasons: - the store ran out of B E A N S? - there was one... piece of meat 3 inches square in one burrito - they were out of G U A C A M O L E. There were 10 workers in the store and maybe 3 customers. We placed a mobile order and showed up 10 mins after we ordered (two... of us). They weren?t done making our stuff by the time we were there. Then they realized they were making our meal wrong(burrito instead of a bowl) and had to start over. No communication whatsoever. We also ordered two watermelon limeades but weregiven empty soda cups instead. Went to go get Minute Maid lemonade at the fountain instead of asking them for what we ordered(we just wanted to get out of there). Lemonade at the fountain was just water, tried for sprite but was half water half sprite.Finally settled on root beer. Not sure if there was a manager or supervisor there but this Chipotle seems to not care aboutstandards. Go somewhere else, don?t waste your money at this location. Read more
The line cook was polite and quick in his work. The burrito was the usual humongous size that you see at Chipotle, which was... good because I was ordering it before an eight-hour shift.
