Food was what you expect. Fries were not the best McD fries I've tasted. Also, no adult happy meal type stuff (wife was... interested), and the music selection was alright, but the sound system sounded like it could have been replaced a year ago. Somestatic-y noise. And then by the time your misdirect resolves itself,... you are already knee deep in the absolutely WORST drive-in experience ever. If I could've given this zero stars, I would have, this is quite possibly the worst experience at a McDonald's in years, maybe... decades... My mobile order: a hot chocolate, an unsweet iced tea, and a fudge sundae. I arrive, drive thru backed up, so Iwalk in trying to get my phone to recognize that I'm in the store and can actually place the order. The staffer there asks me ifI'm taking photos of them, but I'm trying to get my phone to place the order. It finally does after a few more shakes. Then...a wait. 5-6 min stretches longer... and then the cashier comes over to me with the manager. They say, my hot chocolate - no go.Machine is out for 20min for a cleaning cycle, do I want to wait? Uh - no. Can you refund that or cancel the order? Not able todo that with a mobile order... so... what's my choice? Get a shake, slushie or soda. Not exactly what I was looking for - neededa hot drink for my kid, and none of those were a great choice. Given no refund, though, opted for the cherry slushie, which theygave me... and... nothing else. I waited another 10min and the cashier noticed I was still standing there and asked me... whatelse? I told him I had an iced tea and sundae. I see the manager helping out and working orders ... my order has been up there awhile, and orders of others that came in were already filled ahead of it. Perhaps forgotten? The line of people waiting insidefor orders has grown longer, too. The staffer gets the slip from the manager and gives me my fudge sundae and an iced tea that'sapparently been waiting by the drive-thru for a while. Then three cups on the counter for my order finally...and no cup holderto carry them out in? I have to ask for one, they don't have any upfront, so another minute or two as they run back to thestorage space to get one for me. Whoever is managing this McDonalds please quit your job and pass it on to someone else. 40 minute drive through wait with 3... cars?. It?s a fast food restaurant. Not that complicated. If other McDonalds can operate normally I don?t see why they can?tget it done here. I?m sure the order will be wrong as well based on the other reviews. Hands down worst customer service. We went through the drive through Saturday evening, 10/3, and forgot to order a drink. We got... to the first window and asked to add the drink. He told us that we would have to pull back around. We asked 2 more times toconfirm because it was so ridiculous. We went to the 2nd window and asked the same question and were still told we would have topull around. The manager even came to the window and he told us the same thing. Why on earth can't we add a drink at the windowwithout needing to pull back around? I work in the area and this McDonald's is known by everyone to be the absolute worst incustomer service and food quality. I should of known not to stop there but I guess you cross your fingers that they finally gottheir stuff together. Don't waster your time. Read more
