Poor experience every time I visit this location. They?re always out of everything. Customer service is horrible. Drinks are... inconsistent. Couldn?t even place my order today because the person at the drive through window wasn?t listening at all, and waslaughing into the mic. Read more

Had a great experience today at my local Arkadelphia Dunkin' ???? I placed a mobile order and picked it up about noon. When I... pulled off and sipped the drink, it did not taste correct. I swished it around to mix it up, but it still tasted unsweet and alittle watery. Instead of being mad and continuing to drink a coffee I didn't like, I simply went back to the drive-thru andexplained the situation. The staff asked me a couple questions and then gladly made me a new drink. It tasted perfect! ????????I'm not sure what happened with the first one, but the employees fixed me right up. Love their butter pecan iced coffee. Definitely helped keep me up on a long drive home. I prefer donuts from local places, but... the donuts here are pretty good. The employees were really friendly! My son got the cake batter iced coffee and was in love,immediately. Prefer Dunkin over Starbucks anytime, especially the prices! Read more
