So my experiences with Andy's Frozen Custard are almost always positive. The concrete are incredible and they have so many... different mix in options so you're always going to find something for everyone there. The employees there are super nice, veryattentive and just incredibly kind. I really enjoy getting vanilla custard with expresso and then a big thing of their roastedpecans on the side. My daughter loves getting the fresh strawberries mixed into the vanilla custard and of course she loves hersome sprinkles too. Finally my father is a big fan of keeping it simple, he loves just the plain vanilla custard, but he doesalso enjoy mixing in a light amount of M&M's. When it comes to the quality there we have probably visited there over 100 timesin the last couple of years and we've had maybe like once or twice where they forgot a mix in or added the wrong one so overallit's really been a good experience. Unfortunately the other day, I did get a concrete and it was a complete disaster. So I didcall to see if there was a chance of getting a remake and ended up speaking with the manager Maya. Maya was so nice and reallywent above and beyond to fix the situation. While I only wanted to have the one I had initially bought remade she said she wouldreally love to make one for each member of my family. She literally made one for my daughter and then my father and lastlyremade mine. As I've already stated it really was above and beyond and so not only is the product here amazing but the customerservice is incredible as well! I apologize that this review has been so long but I do hope that it helps you and deciding to tryAndy's Frozen Custard I promise that you will not regret it! Read more
This place used to be amazing. It is definitely a premium product with a premium price, but in the past that was completely... understandable. However, recently it seems like there is a new set of workers who do a much worse job than in the past. Toppingsthat come at an additional price how been barely added, and cups are consistently filled well under 85% of the way. They may benew workers, but currently I can't justify going here over other similar places or just store bought ice cream. I will update myrating if the place returns back to the 5 star it was. We received these from library. Used these before never an issue. Came in tonight and kids ordered, she tells me owe 5 dollars.... I said how. She said you have to pay the difference. I asked difference in what, the card says any treat. And we didn't orderanything in done print. I didn't have my card on me and we were holding up line so I said we will have to cancel order. She waslike ok thanks. Rude. And if cards say any treat should be any treat. Prob won't go back. Read more
I had never had frozen custard. Turned out to be the most amazing frozen ice cream style treat I've ever had. Andy's was... amazing. Definitely just an occasional treat but my first trial was a key lime pie concrete. It has an actual slice of pieintegrated into the custard. Check out their entire menu. They are amazing. I cant wait to go back. Read more

My boyfriend and I went here about a week ago and we had a great experience. We ordered at the walk-up area. The menu on site is... very limited, only lists like 3 basic concretes but there's much more on the website to choose from. We got the Strawberry Oreoconcrete and the Jitterbug (you'll find them on the website menu). Both very delicious, fair price. Didn't take very long torecieve, either. Waiting and eating it outside was nice, much better than sitting in the drive-thru. Read more
