Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. Just look at how dry and sad this abomination looks. Fries were pretty good though.
Everytime I go here they forget something tonight I went at 7:52pm I ordered a large meal with a yogurt parfait on the side I... got home and there were no fries in my bag I always have issues with this location it seems like Noone is ever available to pickup the phone I called 3 times and git an automated message I understand everyone is short staff but is it really that hard tolisten to your customers? The busiest Chick-fil-a I've ever been to. It's so crazy busy. This certainly does not dissuade people from visiting; the... busyness seems to draw more people. Staff do the best they can, but wow. Prepare yourself for an unusual wait if you're used tovisiting other locations. Read more
This is about the rude staff. The short fake nice girl who wears a brown ponytail specifically, didn't get her name because I... was trying to get out of there and go home. WELL, I had to get out the car after going through the drive through to them knowthey they forgot something ( I was clearly annoyed) but WHY WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE if you're going to get personally offended bypeoples normal reactions. BECAUSE AGAIN YALL ARE THE ONES WHO FORGOT SOMETHING. I wasn't cursing, wasn't being disrespectful, Iwas simply just trying to get what I paid for. The cashier did not say ONE word. This random little short fake nice girl comesup and looks at my receipt walks away with a weird attitude like her staff isn't the ones who forgot my PAID for meal... thecashier is still standing here has not said anything at all?? Awkward Well I get my meal from the fake nice girl, she yells!!!" HAVE A GREAT DAY" in a sarcastic tone after I walk away and am already going out the door just to be cruel. I turn around andthe cashier was smiling/laughing ALONG WITH entire staff... I could just feel I was being made fun of. I definitely turnedaround and apologized if my tone offended her? Because for her to totally humiliate me in front of the entire restaurant? Imust've struck a nerve with for asking for what I paid for.
