First Watch is located in a strip mall on Cooper along with many other shops and restaurants. Corner space that has been... occupied by several restaurants before them. I hope this place stays around because the food was fantastic! The restaurant istastefully decorated modern farmhouse style. The menu is large and stuffed full of REAL food. Cage free eggs, multigrain bread,fresh preserves. Everything on the menu sounded awesome. I chose the Watermelon Wake Up from the juice bar and the egg whiteomelette with Turkey, spinach, slivered onions, and feta cheese. Husband ordered a dish with potatoes, eggs, thick bacon,avocado, tomatoes and a ton of other yummy goodness in a skillet. Everything was great! I went there for the first time recently. Got the turkey burger, bacon omelette, and French toast. The food was amazing and it... came out faster than expected. Their bacon is tasty. Passed by countless times and each time the restaurant is packed? that?s always a good sign. My assistant and I couldn?t figure... out where to go so we decided to try First Watch on Cooper St. Timing is everything! Seated immediately upon arrival, greetedby our server Trinity who was simply the best! This had to be one of the best breakfast experiences in a very long time. Theservice was exceptional, the menu offers a great variety of options. This is the first restaurant that we?ve tried to offerturkey and chicken sausage. Minor detail for some but major for us. There?s a juice bar, gluten free options, sandwiches,salads and more all served with fresh in season produce. The restaurant was bright and cheery with a diverse group ofcustomers. We were a bit disappointed to see the patio full upon arrival but extremely pleased with the dine in experience. Actually, we preferred the dine in option?that?s a first but if you stop in you?ll see why.
