I work at the hospital about 2 minutes away. I came at midnight to get some food. They have bad customer service. They are very... rude. The onion rings are hard. They quickly closed the window after giving the order and turned their back. There was no sauceprovided. Never will eat here. Read more

This was the WORST drive thru experience I have EVER HAD! I had picked my mom up from work and I took her to Jack In The Box... because she was hungry and it was the only option available (it was 4:30am-4:45am). We got to the window and my mom wanted toadd JUST ONE EGGROLL to her order; as I began to ask the attendant if I could add JUST ONE EGGROLL, she cut me off inmid-sentence with a hateful, cold, and terse, "I don't add to orders at the window." When my politely mom asked her why, theattendant condescendingly replied, "Because I just don't." My mom went on to ask her (very nicely) if she could make anexception at which point the attendant turned and walked away from the window. My mom took her phone camera to try and get apicture of the customer service number posted and another worker came to the window and started telling us that we couldn'trecord the inside of the restaurant. When we tried to explain that we were attempting to snap a pic of the customer servicenumber, she very rudely proceeded to say, "No, you were recording inside and you can't do that!" At that point I snapped backthat we were simply trying to get the number to report the terrible service and how we were treated so rudely. She then said ifwe didn't leave she was calling the police! If I was responsible for that kind of despicable service, I wouldn't want it onvideo either. But, there was no sign prohibiting recording and the fact that she threatened to call the police and refused togive us her co-worker's name who originally served us made it clear that there is some serious problems with this establishment. The phone number listed doesn't even work! The food was OK, but not great and the inside looked filthy. Since the manager orowner is not available (and I didn't get a clear picture of the customer service number) my next call is to the City ofArlington Health Department and Consumer Protection Department. 9-29-22 the African American rude lady at the drive through has a nasty attitude I tried putting in my order and she kept... thinking I was done and I wasn't also I asked for an vanilla ice coffee and her response was "we don't have that"? Then theHispanic lady handed me my bags with out three hashbrown and stated it was in the bag and I proceeded to give her my bag and shehad an attitude as well. This shouldn't get any stars but since that's not an option please do not go to this jack in the boxpoor service and no customer service. If you don't like your job then quit. Read more

Everyone please Do not go to this Jack-in-the-Box. They will give you cold food or just the wrong order and will not replace it... even if you have the receipt and the food. they treat customers really badly. This place is a blast from the past. As a teenager it was one of my favorite places and then they left Chicago. It was great... being able to have it and I enjoyed it as much as I did then. Girl at the drive thru was not friendly. But overall a goodexperience. Read more
