The first time I tried Mama Delucas pizza on a Friday night it was outstanding. The Toppings were fresh, a medium supreme, was... priced just right and the drive thru service was pretty quick. The next time, not so good. I ordered the same thing, my favoritepizza, a medium supreme. I received a pizza, but it was a one topping hamburger. It was not what ordered, but since I washungry, I ate it. Today, after a long day, and heavy Monday evening Arlington traffic, I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutesbefore finally ordering a medium supreme with extra meat and cheese and a large sprite with no ice. I also asked the order takerif she could make it crustless. (Keto friendly). She said that she would try but I also assured her if she could not, then noproblem. After waiting another 15 minutes I received my order and drove away. I accept responsibility for not checking the boxbefore leaving but was extremely disappointed upon arriving home to have received a dry old looking pepperoni pizza that wascold and obviously not even freshly made. I live half an hour way so did not want to fight traffic again and as the pizza wasinedible, I had to contact Pizza Hut and pay again for our dinner tonight.
