Horrible service. Waited 15 minutes for a pizza to be told after going in to get it that they forgot to put the pizza in the... oven and it'd be another 15 minutes. That's what they told my wife. I went in and they said that's not at all what they said butthey are backed up and it'd be 7 minutes. So not only did they lie, they called my wife a liar. Plus all she could say was "I'msorry" smiling behind 5lbs of facial piercings. Demanded a refund and left the store. Emailed corporate. We'll see if they'll doanything. This place is very Hit or Miss, leaning more on the Miss side of things. Happened at least 3 times already, Practically no sauce... and almost No toppings. I can understand skimping out on Meat or premium toppings but Skimping out on Sauce and Veggies!?!?Extremely disappointed, this was my go to pizza place. Not sure what happened but something went very wrong. Time to look for anew consistent Pizza Place. If it?s a training issue then they need to evaluate their training before they lose more customers. Clean and prompt. Great customer service ans excellent pizza.
unfortunately I'm writing a bad review for this place. Our pizza was ice cold when it arrived. It arrived 17 minutes later than... they said. The pepperoni pizza barely had any cheese on one side at all it was almost all sauce. We asked for 3 garlic dipswhich is what makes our meal because they are so delicious and we got 1 and 4 ranches. I even put in special instructions pleasedon't forget the sauce. Very frustrating experience especially considering that we rarely order out so every time is special.Also the ranch was HOT when we received it so who knows if we'll get food poisoning. They didn't put ANY sauce on our BBQ saucepizza!!!!! Read more
