Hands down one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to!!! My boyfriend and I absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing.... My water glass was always being filled with out asking.... and (me not being a big wine drinker) asked for a recommendation fora fruity wine and the server brought out a great suggestion. New restaurant try in restaurant week. The appetizer part especially the raw beef dish was delicious. The snails, mushrooms and... shrimps are also great! The portion of the beef for the main meal was super juicy and soft. The angel hair dish was delicious,but tasted very similar to the appetizer. The salmon sauce is great! Read more
With a great review that I saw, I decided to try this restaurant. The set up was cute, the music was excellent BUT the service... and the food we got was horrible. We got a bottle of wine and ordered some appetizers, and a fettuccine dinner. I love calamari,and I know how calamari looks & taste. I ordered the fried calamari and what I got is what I attached in the picture. when weasked the waiter, he said it is calamari strips. Then why did he offered us fried calamari? Even McDonald’s chicken pattytaste better. It was all bread and flour, I did not taste any calamari and I paid $17 for that appetizer. We were there foralmost 2 hours, Slowly eating our appetizers and WAITING for our dinner plate. When asked, the waiter said that he didn’tthink we were ready for the dinner, and that we should asked for the dinner to come along with the appetizer. And he wasloud. Then the manager comes up asking us what happened, we told him that our dinner is not out, while the table next to uswhich came way after us have their dinner before we did. And that’s it he just came to ask what went on. In summary, I willnot return to this place it is not worth spending a lot of money on a small joint like this. The menu is high priced (which Ididn’t mind if the food was good and the service was good ) and the quality of food is not there, including the service.
