I was unable to use my gift card here once when I was trying to purchase some of my favorite egg bites, it was so disappointing... and bizarre. 9/14 I stopped by and ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew, and was disappointed to find out it had way too much water. I had to... get back to work, so I didn't have time to sit and wait for a remake. I came back yesterday, 9/15, and told the older woman whathappened. She was a little gruff but went ahead and instructed a nearby employee to remake it. It was perfect when I got it. Shedid say they have new employees they're training, so I'm understanding of that.. but i only gave four stars because the womanneeds to work on her customer service skills a little more. Read more
