This is probably one of the 1st negative reviews I ever give... 2 x I came here with my daughter within 1 week; WHATEVER... EMPLOYEE/S WERE ON DUTY THESE 2 DAYS DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO ACKNOWLEDGE US NOR ANY OTHER WALK IN CUSTOMERS. IT TOOK THEM NEARLY25 MINUTES JUST TO GET OUR ORDER N OUT THE DOOR. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AT THIS SUBWAY. IT'SALMOST AS IF THEIR EMPLOYEES DIDN'T EVEN WANNA BE THERE OR SOMETHING. THEY WERE HORRIBLE. They can do better... I'm sure theycan. We ended up leaving 45 MINUTES LATER... SERIOUSLY !!!! My daughter n I witnessed about 2-3 customers who WALKED OUT Bec.the workers here were taking their SWEET time. Today is July the 12th it's a promotional deal for a Subway which is they have 12 new subs on their menu supposedly you supposed... to get a free 6-in between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon it's a big Caucasian guy that was in the very very rude this store at 1:20sublet 287 in Arlington very very rude I would never and I live around the corner I would never come to this store ever again inmy life because of his rudeness horrible attitude ?????? When I went in subway the two young men were slightly busy. They were very professional, kind and work really fast!!! It?s not... common now days so I was really impressed. The food was fresh and the place was clean. I will be back to this location. Read more
My husband and also my son always complained about the sublett location by Albertsons. They said they always get his sandwich... wrong. I thought he was exaggerating so I joined the subway club and ordered. Since I was ordering for later in day to eat themI said please put veggies in a seperate container. They instead put random veggies ON each sandwich. I noticed all these badreviews are in last 2 years so bad training. Also mgr said if he would of done that he would of had to charge me for a salad.Why? just charge for container. You can't just pick out customers veggies for them crazy people.
