I went to get a burrito because I'm pregnant and was craving one and I was pretty much in and out of the drive-thru line with my... food within like 5 minutes or less so that was pretty good. My husband and I arrived at the drive thru at 1017 pm tonight. The building lights were off outside, but the lobby lights were... on. Right away, we were told that they were not taking any more orders. Luckily, we were picking up for Uber. We were told topull around to the front of the parking lot. Through the window, we saw one employee playing on her phone in the corner, hidingas we waited. Another employee was wiping down the counter. There were at least four people in the store so they weren?t shortstaffed. Eventually we had to cancel the order because we had to wait so long. Where are the managers supervising theseemployees?
