The customer service is top tier. One night I pulled up a few minutes after closed and they still offered me what they had left.... No one was rude or yell though the intercom with an attitude. The cashier for the drive though was kind. Oh and the chicken wassmoking fresh. Read more
My family and I stopped by, after a long day at the mall. We got, 20pc chicken strips(very tasty and huge)family spicy rice(nice... serving and good)family okra(very good as well)! I went here Tuesday to get some chicken. Upon entering I heard the customer in front of me ask for Tarter Sauce. So I asked... after he left do you guys have fish? They responded yes and pointed to a sign behind me. I ordered the fish and asked it tobe fried a little harder. While waiting I had a conversation with the owner, who was extremely nice!!!! He let me try theCajun rice (need to try it) and got a chance to have a meaningful conversation about community and what his vision is for thestore. I've had Williams in the past and normally its just been a place to get Chicken real quick, when hungry. When Itasted the fish MAAAN!!! It had just the right amount of spices and the pieces were big. Been here 3x's in a row, the best tasting chicken yet, the customer service is just wonderful. Met the owner, Bobby, great... guy. This location is always disappointing. Once again the rice was mushy or old , the chicken is hard to chew and swallow it must... have been apart of the first batch cooked in the morning . It?s 2 pm on a Friday , I don?t understand why the food isn?t hot ,fresh or good. The Dallas locations taste way better , the owners of this Arlington location obviously do not care about whatthey?re selling . It?s never good . Always have to wait and there isn?t even a line .
