I have not been to a Williams chicken in about 5 years so I'm finally in Arlington from Houston and this chicken is disgusting... and luke warmm. The E. ABRAM Location. The fries are old and cold. I had to Go back through the drive-through to ask for somesalt and pepper because none of the food had any taste even the roll is old. You are truly embarrassing the Williams chickenfranchise I can't believe yall are still in business. I understand why your drive-through was empty. I should have Went topopeye's. And please stop with the fake reviews because some of us actually read the reviews. Read more
Food is hot to order but ugh the customer service is terrible. This is normally the main reason companies don't get 5 stars.

I've worked for these people the food is wonderful but the owner and their son have poor people skills I now drive on the other... side of town just to get chicken just they don't know how to treat people especially when they see your honest no loyaltywhatsoever it would behoove Paul to create a better rapport with his customers Read more
