For $8, I expected my brown sugar boba to have a lot more potential. I think a brown sugar black tea is a good reference point... for a boba cafe; if they can make a good brown sugar drink, they should be a good cafe. I was disappointed in my drink becausethe tea tasted watered down and the brown sugar syrup at the bottom was not good and didn’t mix in to the drink well. Called and left a message for the manager. Jessica called back and got all the details. The next day, she called me back with a resolution and let me know my refund was being credited.
