I love Boru! Their spicy miso is delicious but my absolute favorite is the tantanmen. So tingly and flavourful. Their noodles... are always nice and chewy and hold up to the broth. They have a good selection of extra toppings. Service here is great and youcan grab your favorite import lager to go with your ramen. If you're not in the mood for soup they also offer rice plates. The broth here is the best, not too salty and not too sweet in my pov. I have come here a couple times and most of the dishes... here never let me down. The only thing is there is not too many meat slices. But overall i would recommend this ramen place! Read more

The egg is usually my favorite part and I love salty food but that was too much. Went with anotherperson and their bowl was a lot better but I'd say still average. The waiter was wonderful.
