The employee in charge of pick up orders tonight was incredibly rude. Blatantly ignoring customers. This was unlike any... 'Chick-fil-A experience' I've ever had. I have visited this location regularly for the past year, but this experience was veryundesirable. The employee was speaking rudely to other employees as well as customers. There was a build up of pick upcustomers, but he ignored us until people physically walked into the 'employees only' area. There were missing items andincorrect items with my order. This occurred on a Thursday evening, not a frantic weekend day/night. I wasn't the only customerwith issues with their order. So, I cannot recommend this location. Read more
Ordered a salad for the first time among other things, and they forgot the dressing. There were fruits inside it, tried shaking... it thinking the dressing was inside, but nothing. I checked the website for ingredients and truly so, it was supposed to comewith a dressing. Annoyed, half angry and with a dry mouth, I went back and asked that my salad be refunded because I had aterrible experience with it. She said because I had half of it, and didn?t realize from the first two bites that it was missing,I don?t get a refund (pic attached). Needless to say, I was taking bites while I was scrolling through their website looking forthe salad, but she wasn?t ready to hear any excuses, not now, maybe not ever. I asked to speak to someone else because I didn?tthink she was being very helpful, but the manager wouldn?t come out and speak to me. Defeated, but head held high, I refused theoffer for the dressing, left them the salad on the table and left. I could no longer enjoy their food after experiencing suchterrible attitude towards a customer. Chick-fil-A is simply the best fast food restaurant there is. There?s no other fast food restaurant that can top it. The food of... course is simply great with having a much better tasting experience with better food than like say McDonald?s and Taco-Bell. The chicken sandwiches top with the chic-fil-a sauce is simply too good to pass up.Not to mention the service as the employeesare very friendly and are very responsive to questions and orders which is great for a work environment.
