Kelem was my waitress and she was wonderful. Service was quick and courteous. The food was just so so and typical for a hotel... (expensive but average at best). I ordered the Steak Frites. It was tasty but the NY strip was literally half fat. Maybe theygave me a crappier cut because I was using my airline discount? I also got a Caesar salad with salmon on it to go which was alittle better. If I was paying full price I would not be happy! Read more
Service was horrible. Waited 30 minutes just to get a water when they aren?t even busy. Alcoholic beverages are way overpriced... for the quality product that a Hyatt should offer. Drink glasses are mediocre to the standard a high end restaurant/hotel shouldhave. Come to this establishment about 4 times a month and will never come back and waste my money again.
