I have been ordering my lunch here since 2017. The food quality is 5 star but the reason for 3 star is their staff which was... changed during pandemic. Pre-pandemic employees were the best and this place was like a 10 star (if that?s possible). I missthose guys, so polite and respectful and always smiling and happy to serve you. The new employees (not sure if i should stillcall them new as it been over a year of frustration for me) are like complete opposite of all that. May be they need a lot oftraining. Also they do not respect mobile orders at all. I have stopped placing mobile order as i cannot give them more than anhour of pickup window. Literally tried placing the order at 11:05am when its empty but they wont pack it for you unless youstand on top of their head. If you?re restuarant is in a place like Crystal city, you should understand people here have onlyfew minutes to quickly pick up their lunch. I love Mezeh for their quality and fresh food but hate picking it up at thislocation. Read more
This is a build your own bowl type of place. The food is really good and as well as the portion sizes. The food seems fresh.... I've also only had good experiences interacting with the staff. True Mediterranean food. A little hard to park with all the construction but good food and fast service. It is a line selection... so you choose your rice vegetables and meats etc. Good variety of drinks. I would try it again in in the area. Read more
Visited this establishment while in Crystal City. The food was very tasty and fresh. It reminded me of a Mediterranean Chipotle.... Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. My family and I enjoyed it and will definitely visit again next time we're intown. The prices were okay but unfortunately in our country it costs so much more to eat healthy.
