These guys are the best! I was first impressed with the food here, but eventually witnessed each person treat me and other... guests so friendly and kind. Today I finally got to stop by early to try a breakfast sandwich. All my other stops had been fordinner. Unfortunately I realized I left my wallet at the office and didn't have a method to pay using my phone. I was going tohave to run back to the office to grab the wallet, but really wasn't going to have time to leave again (though I didn't saythat). They told me no need. Go ahead..take it. I told them I would be back, and circled back for a dinner order this eveningand to cover my tab from this morning. While I was sitting, waiting on my order, I listened to another gentleman ordering. Heclearly hadn't been there before, asking some questions, etc. The guy taking his order was so patient and nice to him, overlyappreciative of his order and him stopping in. Just another example. I went twice with my cousin as she recommended. My fries on both occasions were limp and soft, even after I requested, crispy.... The steak and cheese was very typical. Nothing to rave about. The pizza has potential but lacks enough sauce and the dough wassoft and wet and falling apart. The kitchen ovens need to be scrubbed clean. Looks very dirty. I thought the customer servicetowards me was very poor. A large part of the Hispanic community doesn't care much for Black men and I'm sure that's why. Istood in front of the counter for assistance and they just kept walking pass me with no acknowledgment at all. Mostestablishments I visit with Hispanic employees always act like they don't want to serve me. I will not be returning to theBroiler anymore. I don't like inconsistency and racial prejudice. Spicy cheese steak did not disappoint. Food was fast, fresh, and hot. Highly recommend
I'm from NYC and this place reminds me of home. Fresh quality food and awesome customer service with the New York style.
