I've been patronizing David Chen for many years. Mostly have had lunches there, when the place is almost empty. A dinner... recently was disappointing to say the least. Noisy, poor service, so-so food. Dishes came before we were finished with whatwas in front of us. The waiters were unpleasant - and that went for the entire experience. I went to this restaurant thinking that the food was going to be really good, because it's in Armonk, NY. Man was in for a... surprise the food tasted like some of the Chinese restaurants in the bronx and they aren't very good. I traveled 29 miles fromthe bronx to taste mediocre at best chinese food...I will never come back here again, my food was trash and that's putting itnicely. Read more
