15 people working in this restaurant but yet it was dirty. Why? Because about half we're just standing around chit chatting with... each other. Food was good, our cashier was great, but needs better management to keep it cleaned. Read more
Went through the drive through wait time was a little long but not horrible for the amount of cars. Whoever rang up my order was... in such a rush rang it up as 2 separate orders as thought i was done when finished ordering the first meal and never asked mewhat size just said pull forward so got to the window and explained I want meals as large and was a whole ordeal trying tofigure out what to do. Lady at window was polite and did everything she could to correct the situation only reason im reallywriting this is because when i got home and checked my food i noticed there was only 4 chicken strips instead of 5. Where to begin,time was 7:00pm. let's see we were 3rd in line and it took 10 minutes to get to the counter. Seating area was... basically empty when we got there. Our friend got her and her children's food after the person ahead of her as should be, thatwas 15 minutes after we ordered. Follow me here it gets good. I noticed a lot of people were walking in and they got slammedpeople were lining up in the lobby and drive thru. So as I'm waiting, I'm watching everybody who walked in after me startgetting there food. Upset I walked up to the counter and waited for the girl at the to give me a glance to get her attention asto not disrupt anything going on. I stood there for 10-15 minutes not even a look, so I spoke up and I got the ugliest look I'veever seen anyone give me then she turned as if I was not even standing there and proceeded about her business. It?s hard to believe that the zero sugar root beer is sugar free, it?s fantastic! Everything that I?ve ordered has been... delicious, I?ve been there every day that they?ve been open. I just love that it?s so close to my house. I can?t believe some ofthe negative reviews! What do people expect from a new restaurant in the area. They have new employees but on top of that thesheer volume of business that they do is unbelievable. I haven?t been there one day where it wasn?t packed inside and the drivethrough wasn?t out to the street. I?m sure that the newness will wear off somewhat and things will get better but I?m fine theway it is. Show me one fast food restaurant that?s perfect. I?ve been there so much it?s crazy and I haven?t had one problem. Ican honestly say though that the last time I was there I waited in line inside for 30 minutes but I?m okay with that. My foodcame within five minutes after ordering. It?s busy for a reason, when some of the impatient customers start going elsewhere itwill be a lot better. Read more
