I Really love Baja fresh I mean I use to work there years ago but I was so disappointed. The cashier was really friendly and... smiled the entire time. I was excited to eat there since it's been a while. The salsas we're halfway or almost empty,there wasno ice in both machines but the server refilled it after I told her about it. We ordered the fajitas and the chicken was reallydry and the beans n rice tasted salty. The shrimp was chewy and salty. Salt doesn't equal seasoned. I'm really not trying to berude but the food just wasn't good. We wrapped it up and just gave it away. I didn't want to waste it. I tried to take thesurvey but it wouldn't allow me to so that's why I just did it here. Maybe try different seasonings. I wish the owner all thebest of luck in the future. Had the worst experience ever at this place. If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. So, unless you are starving, go... someplace else. In fact, I'd recommend you consider starvation the better alternative. Since the new franchise person took overlast year, things have been a littler slower. I've been a regular here for years. But, today's 20 minute wait for a burritotakes the cake. When my order eventually came, it was wrong. No apology from the jerk who said he was the owner. Instead, hestraight up told me, "I don't want your business." Done. I'm not going to frequent a place that doesn't want my business. Thatincludes any of my catering needs as well. The customer service was amazing the woman at the front/cashier. Very nice, good people skills, good attitude, genuine-like. She... was out of this world how she handle the customers. The food on the other hand wasn?t really good. Meat is like asponge(shrimp,beef, vegetarian, chicken), it soaks up everything it?s cooked with. In this case, the meat tasted like the grillwas never clean. I would not believe you if you told me it was clean even a week or two ago. It wasn?t good. It was unfortunatebecause everything looked amazing. Everything seem fresh. I tried to eat around the meat but what the meat touched spoiled itall. I threw away most of it.
